Friends of the Alexander Technique, Denmark - FAT - is a network and mailing list of individuals who share a keen interest in the Alexander Technique.

We are a non-profit making organisation aiming to create an inspiring environment for all enthusiastic students of the Alexander Technique, from beginners to qualified teachers.

Our activities are usually based in North Jutland but our members are spread throughout Denmark. We organise workshops and individual lessons with teachers who are known for their exceptional hands-on work. Students of all levels of experience can join the mailing list (it's free and without obligation), or you are welcome just to come for one lesson to try it out.

FAT is investigating the possibility of establishing an Alexander Teacher Training Course in Jutland, Denmark.
